0307 Leachate Treatment Plant
Introducing the case of a Brody disk adopted for bridge prevention measures in a powder agglomeration agent supply device.
This is an introduction to a case where a "Brodie Disk" was adopted for preventing bridging in the powder coagulant supply system at the leachate treatment facility. Initially, it seems that bridging was not anticipated, but the fluidity of the product was worse than expected, leading to discharge issues during trial operation. They contacted us for a solution. The reason for adoption was that it could be "easily implemented immediately and sufficient effectiveness was expected." After the introduction, this issue was resolved at once. [Overview of Usage Conditions] ■ Hopper: 400φ ■ Target Material: Coagulant (Apparent Specific Gravity: Approximately 1) This is not a typical polymer coagulant. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us. *Our website features numerous implementation examples, which can be checked via the link below.
